PRO
The Sierra 2500’s base trim is the PRO: a durable pickup with a 6.6L V8 gas engine and Allison 10-speed automatic transmission. This combination offers 401 horsepower at 5200 rpm and 464 lb.-ft. of torque at 4000 rpm. It can be found on all trims of the Sierra 2500 HD except the Denali Ultimate.
Other notable features of the PRO trim include cab-mounted cargo area lamps, chrome bumpers, and a GMC Infotainment system.
SLE
The SLE trim of the Sierra 2500 has a GMC MultiPro tailgate, which provides six different functions for accessing cargo with ease. This trim has a 13.4-inch diagonal GMC Premium Infotainment system with Google built-in and Sierra HD Pro Safety package.
SLT
The Sierra 2500 HD includes GMC Premium Infotainment, cargo bed LED lighting, chrome door handles, LED fog lamps, and outside power-adjustable vertical trailering. The SLT comes with a GMC ProGrade Trailering system, which uses Hitch Guidance with Hitch View to make towing easier.
AT4
The AT4 trim has an in-vehicle trailering app for monitoring your hitch and trailer, Sierra HD Pro Safety, wireless phone projection, steering-wheel-mounted controls, and a GMC Premium Infotainment system with Google built-in. The AT4 has all-terrain blackwall tires with high gloss black aluminum wheels and high gloss black mirror caps that add to your truck’s striking appearance.
AT4X
The AT4X Sierra 2500 trim has 18-inch LT305/70R18 MT tires and machined aluminum wheels with high gloss black accents. Power-retractable assist steps with LED perimeter lighting make it easy to climb in and out of your truck, while the power sunroof lets in the perfect amount of natural lighting. Impressive interior features include heated and ventilated seating, under-seat storage, wireless charging pads, and Head-Up display.
Denali
The GMC Sierra 2500’s Denali trim comes with protective skid plates for the underbody, 20-inch all-terrain blackwall tires and ultra-bright machined aluminum wheels with bright chrome inserts. In the Denali’s cabin, you’ll find a Bose Premium sound system, carpeted floor mats, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and the X31 Off-Road Package for tackling tough terrains.
Denali Ultimate
The ​Sierra 2500 HD’s highest trim is the Denali Ultimate, which comes with a 6.6L Duramax Turbo-Diesel V8 engine. This engine is paired with an Allison 10-speed automatic transmission and boasts 470 horsepower at 2800 rpm with 975 lb.-ft. of torque at 1600 rpm. Other stand-out features include Head-Up display, a MultiPro audio system by Kicker, and full-grain leather seat trim.
